although you can't tell FOR CERTAIN what the future will bring, in making decisions you have to try and form an opinion on what you think will happen. That's what you base all decisions on. So you have to consider all the possibilities and then try and decide how likely they are. Otherwise you are just left with making random decisions with no foundation.
