Chris Sutton (the best defensive striker I've seen) must be a millionaire. Can you imagine being in this situation, he has a pay-as-you play contract with City. It is 20th January, it is "brass-monkeys" and City are away to Burnley playing on a crap pitch at one of the coldest grounds I have been to. What odds a swift call to the club reporting a slight groin strain (well be honest, with his money you would wouldn't you). Now what would be the response of his team mates contracted to play every match if selected, not all sweetness and light I suggest.
