The securitisation covers the gap...

They had to take out a loan to cover the costs of the Jarrold Stand as some of that income has not come in yet:
ie revenue from the hotel.
Further development land. Only portion of the development land has been sold so far. The club also acquired more land behind the Jarrold stand that it will sell for development in the future.

Once all this is done I would say that the Jarrold stand would be paid for several times over. We may have a cash-flow problem at the moment but there is plenty more coming in.
