then i'd have a salad nicoise, followed by a granit? (probably tomato and chilli) with a few prawns. Then I'd have a grilled fillet of bass with new potatoes and a hollandaise sauce. For my main course i'd choose a medium rare steak (probably a porterhouse or a top loin) with a pepper sauce and maybe a small mille feuille of courgettes. For cheese i'd have cheddar, chavignol and roquefort, and for desert i would have profiteroles or a coupe colonel.
To drink I'd start with a montbazillac, then have a sauterne, sancerre with the seabass, then a st emilion and i would finish with a vin jaune.
