It's not like I haven't got it to lose. The shakes, soups and bars you eat are chocked full of the stuff your body DOES need, but none of the carbs and fat it doesn't. Sends the body into ketosis, thus turning to the stores in the body.
I had my first piece of bread for about a month this morning.
