On the other hand...

I'm pleased, as someone who would have sent Worthy on his way last year, that even though we lost we tried to play football rather than hoofball.

Given all the b***hing last season, I think Worthy deserves a chance to redeem himself if he's going to play the right way.

And don't forget, Reading lost at home to Plymouth first game of last season. One result means nothing. Not playing hoofball meant a lot more to me on Saturday.
