In my opinion we need a manager with a higher potential ceiling. Nothing against Worthington. Just think his natural ability does not measure up to what I am looking for for Norwich. Think we need to have a manager that can consistently place us in the 6th to 15th range. The fans deserve no less. Unfortunately I think that man just signed to manage Aston Villa.
