Anyone know how to stop midge bites itching

i have been attacked by thousands of the f**kers and am jumping around like a lunatic. Have taken anti histamine tabs, spread anthisan and now hydrocortisone cream.

(what worries me is that the combination cou;d be potentially explosive)

HELP.
