Why does the club seem so reluctant to trial players from overseas or even the lower leagues? Nearly every club in this division has picked up free transfers except us. Our scouting system seems to be non existent.

We, on the other hand, released Jason Jarrett (a player under a long term contract) for free and Simon Charlton and Jim Brennan despite there being no cover for the left back position.
