What formation/tactics does Blackwell favour ?

Defensively minded, he claims to be in favour of getting the ball down to feet but, at the slightest provocation the team revert to mindless long ball stuff. Bafflingly, he will play with a single man up front even at home against lowly opposition. If he is to be here at the end of the coming season, he will need to completely rethink his approach.
