Ears; 5% Hydrogen Peroxide solution from chemists will sort you out.
Ankles; almost certainly torn ligaments. You'll be able to tell when the bruising comes out. It's probably worth seeing a doctor to make sure you haven't flaked a bone. I've mangled mine dozens of times, give it 2-3 weeks and a course of proper anti-inflammatories (None of this ibuprofen s**t, it's not like you've got a headache), then strap it up and hit the pitch.
Mind you, this could be why I have Rice Krispie ankles - everytime I rotate them, you get the full snap crackle and pop.
