For a free transfer thats brilliant business. Just because he got injured and hasn't settled, doesn't mean it wasn't good business. Waiting around and laughing at another club for signing someone and it not working out is pretty sad too

We got svensson here for 50k and the things he did on the pitch for norwich were worth 100 times that. I understood why we let him go although I didn't want him to. He had been with us two seasons and was injured too often justify a new deal. That doesn't justify avoiding signing someone like that again though. No matter how often Svensson was injured, he was crucial to this club

Yes suttons 33, yes he's got the odd injury, so did Emblen, it didn't stop us spunking 500k for the waste of space that didn't want to play for us when he was 19

Bringing sutton here isn't a big deal, it isn't going to cripple the club. He isn't brought here because worthington is a stubborn c**t
