Help!

My pc has been attacked by viruses and bloody spyware.

I have avg so got shot of the viruses quick enough but now Im getting all these pop ups and in an attempt to fix it last night I downloaded something that now seems to be at the root of the problems,spyware doctor.

Ive tried uninstalling it, but it wont let me.

Im still get pop ups in IE, so when im using firefox, random ads pop up and keeping telling me im infected and to download this that and the other

HELP!
