what stats are you basing the "thorne better than Sutton" statement on?

Goals scored to games played ratio? If so, you should remember that Sutton has played a lot in midfield recently for Celtic - a position he could fill for us too.

But yeah - I recognise that he might not be the player he was - but having seen him play for Celtic live last year (in midfield mind) - I can honestly say the guy looked class. Miles better than some of our current players.
