Just a thought

given our 'lack of depth' were we hasty in releasing Charlie? Not my favourite player as you're probably aware, but we know that he could offer some cover across defence, and if we're not ready to play the youngsters (to paraphrase) then surely keeping him would have made some sense. Think we probably have similar examples from previous years - we seem happy to release, and then ponder the consequences.
