I think he should've gone last season, but as he's still here, you've got to give it 10 games to see if he's learned from his mistakes.
There are *some* encouraging signs: the signing of Croft looks to be a good one; playing a (relatively) settled line-up during pre-season to help gel the side together; a willingness to at least *try* to play the ball on the floor.
However, I'm not convinced that under pessure, we won't resort to the same long-ball tactics as last season & that just a couple of injuries (Drury & Safri being the obvious examples) could seriously affect our form.
