Manchester United's injury-plagued striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has signed a new two-year contract with the club.
The Norwegian forward, 33, has been sidelined for the best part of three seasons and is currently recovering from a broken cheekbone.
But a United statement said: "Manchester United is delighted to announce it has reached agreement with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
"The deal will see Ole stay at the club until June 2008."
Manchester United have not made it clear publicly but it is felt the contract offered to Solskjaer was a pay-as-you-play deal.
