I'm going to shock you all and say WELL DONE NIGEL! I may fundamentally disagree with him on players, selection, tactics, and probably a few other things, but Lee Croft is a great capture.

Instead of spunking cash on some geriatric never-was to pad out the reserves, we've actually signed a talented and promising player in a position that's been crying out for strengthening. But best of all, his age means we may actually see some sort of return on the ?600,000 paid.

Just try not to take 2 1/2 years to do so next time.
