Who else thinks that.....

they should open up relations places at the bottom of the 2nd county cricket league so that the minor counties have a chance to get promoted into the proper leagues.
It would definately make things more competitive at both the top of the minor leage and the bottom of the 2nd division of county cricket.
A simple system of 1 up,1 down would certainly spice things up.
