Genuinely awful

Our TV and internet (both NTL) suffers regular downtimes where we can't access both. I've rang them several times, all of which to be told;

1) It's a problem with the Norwich divisional control

2) That the internet is fine, and try resetting (which I did earlier with no help). I then do it, they then reset it up their end and it works fine.

This happens around once every two weeks.

I'd seriously recommend Sky, although I've never used it. They now do broadband themselves, and as KLC said, Sky+ is the bollocks.
