I'm probably wrong, but it seems to me that thier primary interest in hurting (and killing) people, and that the rascism is secondary to that. They want to hurt people, so look around for a target.

Just look at what happens when you put them in segregated jails - what has happened with the Brand - they start killing one another, when they can't get at any of their usual targets.

I'm not normally in favour of capital punishment, but I don't mind so much when it's that lot. It worries me that their popularity amongst high schools is growing too.
