Reason not to drink diet drinks

Don't you think its a bit weird that they can make a drink with no sugar in that tastes so sweet? Just drink the full taste full sugar version. What's the worste that could happen? Rotting teeth, getting fatter. Both preferable to most of the crazy s**t Aspatame causes.
