IMO. only three things need tinkering with to make us contenders.

The manager, the board and the team. I reckon every thing else is OK. The stadium's fine, the fans are (mostly) great and the pies are lovely. Oh, I forgot Canary fairy. Make that four things, although I doubt you'd get any volunteers to "tinker" with him.
