Shameful mis-reporting of Howard transfer fee

According to the articulate Nige the quality we want (like "top target" Steve Howard) is only available if you pay "mega-millions". Which means that Howard sold for at least ?1,000,000,000,000 rather than the ?1,000,000 that was reported. Still at least it means we have ?1,000,000,000,000 to spend. So why don't we just buy the whole Juventus team?
