Too many fat lumps

I have noticed an alarming upsurge in the numbers of fat women in Norwich this summer, especially those wearing insufficient clothing to cover saddlebags/muffin tops/builders arses/fat guts.
Norwich City Council need to start issuing ASBOs to the worst offenders, or better still send them all to Lowestoft where they wouldn't look so out of place.
