..in such a short period of time is possibly very dangerous to your health. Watch for a lowering of your metabolism, which should be under cut by added exercise and fitness, providing you are dealing with your weight by exercise AND diet.
If you have lost tis weight solely by dieting, you are not even half way there to maintaining your current weight. Over 6 months many fall back, after a year the majority are back at or above their beginning weight.
My advice to anyone is to make your diet healthy, not to simply eat less. And, although a slower means of weight loss, exercise, i believe, should be the main catalyst for a healthy lifestyle. Both physically and mentally.
