Absolutely - it's all about when to pitch the hotels, when to

invest in a few nice green houses. Sell when the markets hot and buy when the demand has cooled. Bit of dealing here and there. Purchase the up and coming areas around Westminster, and look to avoid the costly older establishments to the west of the city.
