My kids used to play football in the German e-junge league

All very (as you would suspect) efficiently run and the facilities are miles ahead of the UK. No wonder the national team is consistenly up there. They invest in the game at the very start and don't just rip the cash out of it and take the piss out of the supporters. Hey ho.
