Haha!

My hatred of Ronaldo has little to do with the Rooney incident, and more to do with his ultimate ineffectuality, constant crying and (primarily) the fact that he plays for Man Utd.

And Jonson didn't actually do anything to get Bothroyd sent off (he didn't really need to), he just pointed and laughed when he did.
