Agreed, but...

...the club should have anticipated that possiiblity. They are so bloody over cautious about most things, that to rely upon the sale of a player to generate those funds, and to make promises based on the assumption he would be sold, when his season was still not over, was a tad bit stupid!

If we were relying upon him being sold, the club should tell us, right now, that players sales were going to generate funds for players coming in the otehr way. I'd be f**ked off we have no money to spend, which raises the questions again about where has all the money gone, but at least we'd know where we stand.
