Just thinking about Earnie

His arrival didn't spark as much excitement as we'd have liked due to the departure of Ashton and the season in general.

However, thinking about it now this bloke is probably the most proven, prolific goalscorer we've ever signed in his prime (Cottee being the other, but he was way over the hill). Or at least in my lifetime.

Would you agree ?
