Maybe we thought, and rightly so, that ?1mill was too much so didn't bid it, we would only go as far as 750k and that was about right imo

As for Eastwood, i have connections with Southend and i know for a fact that Eastwood wouldn't leave them unless it was for an established Prem club as Freddy feels a grate debt to the Southend Chairman who helped him to learn to read and write
