how can i chill out?

the office I'm in has gone haywire. There's a merger going on between Wilmington and Metal Bulletin, but overnight an offer has come from Euromoney (their competitors) to buy them out.

All morning and lunch has been spent discussing who would benefit from either merger, and who would most likely lose their jobs. Which has led to people stating who they do and don't like
