There was one on local news recently that I thought was silly...

a family living near Stansted sued because their daughter saw a plane crash when she was little and 'might' experience trauma over it at some point in her life. Daughter was about 16 or so I think so had coped ok for a good few years.

I'm wondering if I can claim that I MIGHT one day witness a tiger attacking Andy Hughes and it could upset me a little if it was particularly gorey.
