Because like it or lump it (literally in this case!)...

Worthy has decided the way he wants to play and he will stick to that, so a big Iwan type striker is a must. It would be nice to get in a better quality player than Howard, but for whatver reason we can't afford it and imo Howard would be a good signing because I think he would be a big component for us in getting the best out of Earnie.

(please let it be noted that i appreciate the desperate need for a RM and cover LB and CB)
