it basically says:

if things don't go well this season heads will roll
- well obviously, because we won't be able to afford to keep all the higher-paid players (like him & Earnie)

he disagreed with the manager sometimes last season
- unfortunately the only example he gives is when HE was left out of the team for the derby at CR. Again, obviously he's going to disagree with that. Might have been interesting if he was disgreeing about Worthy's tactical approach or buying strategy something but no....

Another example of why interviews with players are always a total waste of space and time.
