So to sum up today's news

1. Our transfer policy for the remainder of the summer now appears to be to wait until Arsenal have sorted out their squad to see if they will maybe loan us someone (not fussed who just someone) in the week before the season starts.

2. The imbecile has confirmed he intends to keep playing with Earnshaw on his own up front in this idiotic 4-3-3/4-5-1 formation rather than playing the team together in a settled formation in the friendlies so they can get used to playing together.

3.; We have reappointed our quietest player as captain - one who had to be dropped last time he was captain as his form dipped so badly.
