Noone in, then?

I find it extremely strange that Norwich so far haven't managed to find a single player to sign.
I hope I am wrong, but surely the scouting system of Norwich nowadays is pretty poor. Either are there no players around we cannot afford who at the same time increases our squad's quality, or the Scouts and Worthy are hopeless in the transfermarket.

I believe there are gazillion players available on free transfers. Why not trying there, Worthy?
Or is real life a whole different ballgame than Footballmanager 2006?
