I totally agree with that article, and I think it could be seen

during the World cup that the England players have less technical ability (control and accuracy) than other top teams. The FA as a body needs to look at the current system and introduce a similar system to that which the French did.

I am also shocked that only Tottenham are using the Coever (sp?) method it been about donkeys years and if you look at Ajax where it was developed, you have to say theey have a pretty good record of producing players.
