Princess Delia has slept well in her Castle, dreaming of success for Canary City. Her knights slept well too, doing nothing. When the Princess was wide awake, she asked her favourite knight about his plans for his next campaign. "Will you win, will you bring me gold, will you please the Princess and all of the serfs in Canary City?"
Knight Nigel bowed to his Princess. "I shall again bring success to you and to Canary City. I shall inspire all of my knights to deliver our success, I shall prepare them for battle, and together we will bring you your gold" Princess Delia was pleased with her chief knight and his plans. Princess Delia asked Knight Nigel "Tell me more about your plans, how will you bring me my gold?" Knight Nigel replied "Princess, we have great plans. I have knights who have done great things before. The knights who i thought were not able to fight for Canary City have gone far away. But I have kept our oldest knights and our young knights who have never faced battles, and before we enter our battle, we have trained very well and painted a shed in Great Yarmouth."
Princess Delia was most perplexed by this response from Knight Nigel. She asked, "will this bring me the gold, will it please me, and will the citizens of Canary City be happy?" Knight Nigel replied "Princess, I shall repeat our last campaign for you". Princess Delia smiled at her knight and said, "if you repeat the last battle, I'll set you to the wolves!"
In Canary City, the serfs still believe in Princess Delia and worship her wondrous deeds in feeding the people and winning great battles. Knight Nigel is sent away to again bring her success. In Canary City, the serfs remain uncertain and prepared for revolt.
