it's partly the injury thing

just don't think he'll ever be fully-fit and able to perform to capability; and also because we pinned so much on him based on what, in fact were only a few decent performances last season in a mediocre midfield. It's like he became our great hope, and yet that's based on only a relatively low success rate. Not to say he won't be better than most, but I can't see him being the difference between success and failure.

I'd liked to be proved wrong, because I do like him, but he doesn't astound me.
