well it now covers a period of only 4 years not 8

presumably some other teams have lost points from the 2002 World Cup and Euro 2000 (when we were crap).
Also they seem seem to have removed the CONCACAF bias so USA and Mexico (who were ranked above us) have plummeted to 16th and 18th.
