Sure, he may not have a lot of money but I can't believe that after a year in the Prem and two years of parachute payments to come that he doesn't have at least ?2m to spend. Lets not forget that we spent the least of al the promoted clubs last summer and we continue to be outspent by Palace, Wolves, Sheff Utd and even Leicester this season. Even Ipswich are making moves in the market.
