i cant really see any way of appealing without a docs note

etc, the only way is by asking them to go over the exams and checking they haven't missed marks and as its an english exam we are talking about that is hard to judge. What would your advice be as a lecturer? I have spoken to course leader and she said about the criteria and they tried
