I think you are gonna have to live with it, and it definitely does suck. But all i'm saying is that, from a lecturer's perspective, we WANT to give people the best marks possible. WE look bad when we give out thirds. So, appeal and know that you will get a fair hearing, and if your uni can see a way of giving you a 2.2, the will. Having said that, it's closely regulated, and your tutors' hands might be tied. Good luck mate.
