and there have always been head butts and elbows.

It's just that it was Figo and Zidane, two legends, doing the head butts, which gives it more publicity. And that it was the final, of course.

Most disappointing thing was the diving, which has got no better and possibly worse. Still, at least the crowds are no longer prepared to accept it, hence the constant booing of Ronaldo by French and German fans.

I hope Ronaldo is booed wherever he goes and eventually either forced to change his ways or hounded out of football.
