I've got this bloke that has just started to work for me

And he has this habit of responding to everything I say by repeating it in the form of a question

example:

Me: "Make sure that you leave the laptop in my car"
Him: "You want me to leave your laptop in the car?"

and

Me: "Check with Vipin before you do that"
Him: "You want me to check with Vipin first?"

Well, I've decided that when he comes back this afternoon and he does it again I'm going to say:

"You've just repeated what I just said in the form of a question"

and he's going to say (and I f**king know he will)

"I've just repeated what you just said in the form of a question?"

and so it will perpetuate. Until I end up strangling the very last gasping breath from his convulsing body.

Perhaps not but I cannot put up with it any more.
