it is most disrespectful. The pikey's offer nothing for racial diversity and an effective ethnic mix. Rather, they are aggresive and overtly hostile to all other social groups. To an extent I can understand how this may be a defensive response to their isolation within society. However, the reality is that their aggression and animosity is more a product of their lack of education and wish to achieve subsistence without any kind of production method. Obviously a large extent of the blame for this has to be apportioned to the isolation and exclusion afforded to such groups under a Capitalist system. However, the Pikesters ae not trying to revolt or change, they are degrading the system through unsustainable means and to the detriment of the majority - thus, demand little respect.
