Halford

He has played most of last season for Colchester as a right sided midfield player but also used as a diagonal ball target man against the left fullback. He has power more than pace and does get past players. He also has an explosive shot but is inconsistent and sometimes doesnt appear interested.
He undoubtedly has raw talent but whether Worthie is the man to develop that talent I do not know. Hunter will know him well from his England Under 19 days. He would be a good signing for us but he is not the answer to the problem right sided midfield position. He has the potential to make a great striker and would make a really interesting prospect playing alongside Earnie
