Its weird to say the least....not sure how it paints them in a good light.

You know the driver is getting fired after breaking all the protocols.
Now it opens them up to lawsuits form their drivers if they do something against policy like picking people up.

What I got out of it was the drivers life hadn't worked out too well and she ended up with this s**tty job of delivering groceries for Tescos.
